Action Process Automator 4.4

Once the computer is turned on and Windows is loaded ACTION Process Automator can be started from the Start-Up Group or set as a Service. From this moment ACTION takes charge over predetermined tasks, triggering them whenever they are scheduled to occur. The use of ACTION is quite simple. It is loaded to the system tray and once the icon appears ACTION is in business. Just double click the icon to add, edit or view actions. You can schedule a series of actions leaving long enough time between them to finish the prior one before the next starts. When you are not sure what to do press F1 and the on-line help will give you advise.
The small package provides a wide variety of built in tasks:
Copies/moves files and directories. Copy the whole drive if you wish. Action supports wild cards, exclusion, overwrite/freshen, archive bits (and turning them off upon execution), hidden and system files.
Downloads files from the Internet, including secured access
FTP file transfer (upload or download), including whole directory structures, setting the date, transferring newer files only
Monitors and shuts off stalled applications
Launches applications with or without commandline parameters
Records & Plays back TASQ Recorder macros
Sends and receives e-mails with attachments, supports authentication
Renames folders
Deletes folders, including 'older than' option
Executes VBScripts
Terminates running applications
Restarts Windows
Prints reports
Zips and unzips files
Attaches/detaches network servers and maps/unmaps network drives
Sets the date of files
Dials phone numbers
Sets the computer clock to the atomic clock
publishes web pages
retrieves the external (Wang) IP allowing dynamic IP addresses be used as static
Repeats actions
Allows conditional execution
